Description: This is a report on Romania's proposal for the reorganization of the Warsaw Pact presented at the 1988 Political Consultative Committee (PCC) meeting in Warsaw. The East German minister of defense criticizes the suggestions concerning the PCC and a creation of a military committee for defense, and suspects that Romania is aiming at the dissolution of the Warsaw Pact.
