Romanian Ambassador in Moscow to George Macovescu

Description: In this telegram, the Romanian ambassador in Moscow, T. Marinescu, informs Romanian Deputy Foreign Minister George Macovescu about the results of his meeting with the Soviet deputy foreign minister regarding the forthcoming Political Consultative Committee (PCC) meeting in Prague. Marinescu reports that the gist of the supreme commander's report and the corresponding draft decision have already been conveyed to Bucharest, and that a second group of materials, namely, the draft communiqué and the draft declaration of the conference, will be sent to Bucharest on the following day.
