Stenographic Record of the PCC Meeting in Warsaw

14 May 1980
Description: The 1980 Political Consultative Committee (PCC) meeting in Warsaw was marked by two significant anniversaries: The 45th anniversary of the end of the Second World War, and the 25th anniversary of the creation of the Warsaw Pact. Both of these commemorative events take a central part of the discussions in Warsaw, according to the stenographic record of the meeting. All first secretaries give an evaluation of the work of the Warsaw Pact in its 25 years of history and discuss its future role in the strengthening of peace and security, not only in Europe, but globally.
