Description: This letter from the Central Committee of the Romanian Workers' Party expresses agreement with the withdrawal of Soviet experts from Romania. Nevertheless, some forms of exchange in the fields of economy, culture, and defense are expected to contribute to the further development of cooperation between Romania and the Soviet Union.
