Description: This report by Hungarian Chief of Staff Károly Csémi summarizes the proceedings and outcomes of the Oder-Neisse 69 military exercise. Csémi informs his audience that Oder-Neisse 69 has been the Warsaw Pact's biggest joint military exercise to date, and that all the services of four Warsaw Pact allied armies - with the exception of strategic missile units - as well as rear-echelon troops participated.
