Decision of the Romanian Council of Ministers on the Application of the Agreement Concluded in Moscow on 24 May 1958, Establishing the Withdrawal of Soviet Troops from Romania

Description: This document contains a decision by the Romanian Council of Ministers to establish a Central Commission that will organize and control, together with representatives of the Soviet Army, the return of assets that had been put at the disposal of Soviet troops, the movements of troops, and the security of transportation echelons. For some administrative regions, regional commissions are to be created.
