Memorandum of the Academic Staff of the Czechoslovak Military Academies on Czechoslovakia's Defense Doctrine

Description: This is a 1968 proposal for a new Czechoslovak defense doctrine by the academic staff of the Czechoslovak military academies. It includes an assessment of the political and military situation of Czechoslovakia and Europe. The proposal also stresses the need for a renouncement of military deterrence and for a European-based security policy to reduce tensions.
