Description:
This document is a record of the meeting of the rapporteurs of sub-groups for the study of NATO's future tasks. One of the issues discussed at the meeting is the function of the reports of the rapporteurs. NATO Secretary General Manlio Brosio argues that these reports should only be regarded as contributions to the final report. Other topics discussed are the risk of publishing the reports as NATO documents and the possible French reaction to the eventual final report.
